Bianco delle monache
A tribute to the nuns, who used to live in the convent, now turned into a residence.
It is made with riper grapes than those of Garganega and Tai. Appealing with it’s hay-yellowish color with gold glints – it has a fruity aroma, particularly of ripe apple, nuts and honey. When tasting, its sweetness is not overwhelming and it could be greatly paired with any dry bakery goods.
