Rovea is our most structured red Tai that we make with the grapes of a vineyard in the middle of the hill, where even the soil represents a substantial difference as it is of volcanic origin. The fresh, fruity component and the delicate body of the classic Tai Rosso are enriched here with structure and complexity with the refinement in wood for about a year. Tasting is full and soft, it has a sweet and elegant tannin with pleasant spicy flavors. It is a wine of good longevity to be appreciated even over time.
