This wine is part of an appreciation for Tai Rosso, which began many years ago and was carried on by several companies. The fresh and fruity component and delicate body of the classic ‘Tai Rosso,’ are enriched structurally – while providing an overall thanks to the aging process by the use of wooden barrels. Its color is a strong ruby red and you can smell strong notes of cherry and raspberry. Next, you can tastesome delicate spices of black pepper and a slightly vanilla flavor. It’s taste is warm and soft, with a sweet and delicate tannin, while lightly spicy.
As wine, it is well balanced with a great longevity: a truly amazing expression of an vine variety.
