Tai Rosso

Tai Rosso is an indigenous Berici hills grape varietie, historically known as Tocai Rosso and worldwide as Grenache. This is our classic Tai red which has always been known in our hills, a not too much tannic and robust wine with a bright ruby ​​red color. Marked are its most distinctive scents such as cherry and raspberry, rose and spicy black pepper. These characteristics make it ideal in combination with multiple preparations such as risotto with truffles, roasted chicken or our Vicenza-style cod. Old vineyards facing east, minimalist enology, for a true classic red tai.
