Tai Rosso (previously known as Tocai Rosso) is the flagship of the Berici Hills. As a matter of fact, it is typical of this area and you can find it only here, even though it is also known by other names, such as Cannonau, Grenache and Garnacha, elsewhere.
It is greatly valued for its features, for its ductility, but mainly for being a landmark of this area. Its color is a bright ruby red. The aroma is fresh, scented with fruity notes, such as cherry, blackberry and raspberry. The taste is full, yet soft, with a delicate tannin and a pleasant freshness – followed by a fruity aftertaste.
