Tai rosso sparkling traditional method
This enological refinement comes from our curiosity to taste a traditional method using Tai Rosso grapes.
At the moment, we are the first producers of this type. Hence, the outcome is very interesting and we are very proud of this wine.
The color is slightly pink, resulting from the short maceration of the must/wort on the grapes peels. The effervescence is exquisite and lasting; the aroma is intense with particular notes of ripe apple, rose petals and some spices. The taste is dry, full, dense and rich.
